All measurements are in centimeters:

Chest: Measure the chest circumference at the widest point, making sure the measuring tape is horizontal and comfortable.
Length: From the top of the shoulder to the end of the T-shirt.
Arm: Measure from the shoulder to the end of the sleeve.
